1. High Quality Material and Precision Machining
SHARE flake ice evaporator is made of manganese steel. It is uniform in thickness. The processing precision is controlled within 0.05mm. That's because there are 25 processes to ensure the quality and precision of the ice container. Through the heat treatment, polishing, and electroplating treatment, the ice container has no leakage. It's not easy to deform and rust. Definitely, it has a long service life.
Share flake ice evaporator is comprised of spiral ice cutter, cutter shaft, and cutter frame, all of those parts are made of the 304 stainless steel, the interval between the ice cutter and ice evaporator is between 0.15mm-0.2mm, it is easy to scrap the ice from the inner side of evaporator.
